The Newry and Lurgan sites of beef processor ABP, with the help of its local farmer suppliers, have donated £20,000 to the Northern Ireland cancer charity, Action Cancer.

ABP Ireland awarded prestigious energy efficiency status

ABP Ireland is the first company in Ireland to be fully ISO 50,001 accredited. This global standard is awarded in recognition of the highest level of ABP’s energy efficiency across all six beef processing sites in Ireland. The ISO 50,001 energy management system is accredited by the National Standards Authority of Ireland (NSAI) to provide top management with a roadmap to better improve the energy use of their company.
