UK Environmental & Sustainability Manager

Group Environmental Manager this new role will have hands on role working at site level with site health & safety, environmental and senior management teams to ensure full environmental compliance. The role will support the 14 sites technical issue resolution and completion of improvement actions through the provision of expert advice and guidance. The role will identify and share best practice and contribute to raising awareness, improving performance and transitioning to a “pro-active” environmental culture. This role will also provide leadership for the environmental function to ensure that each site’s systems are being developed and are delivering continuous improvement through robust management systems and environmental KPI measures.

Hours of Work: Normal hours are 40 per week, Monday to Friday but with flexibility to meet the needs of the business.

Location: Birmingham base with multi-site UK wide travel
