Graduate Management Trainee - People Change

An exciting UK based role has emerged in Sturminster, Dorset, ideal for a motivated graduate with an interest in food manufacturing.

This role would be ideal for a recent graduate who is excited by the prospect of getting stuck in to a varied role and management training program within a thriving team within a hugely successful global business, learning lots, contributing lots and progressing – oh and if you know what an abattoir is, all the better! As a graduate trainee you will experience different areas of the business, from Human Resources to Commercial Administration. One day you may be verifying identification of new employees and the next you may be assisting the Financial Controller prepare labour reports for the General Manager. There is plenty of opportunity to progress in this role.
